Stallholder Applications

Thank you for your interest in the Karragarra Sea Market Festival which will be held on Sunday, 30th September 2018 between 8.30am and 3.00pm.

This page is intended for those who are planning to hire a stall at the Karragarra Sea Market Festival.  For general visitor information about stallholders please go to the Stallholders tab at the top of the page.


Stall bookings closed on 15 September, 2018, but there are a very limited number of spots still available for late applications.

Online booking applications via the form on this page are our preferred method of receiving them.  Otherwise, you may download our PDF application form from here and send it to us via the Contact Us tab at the top of the page.  Before submitting an application for a stall please ensure that you have read, understood and accept our Stallholder Terms and Conditions.

If you are unable to submit electronically you may contact the Festival Coordinator by telephone to complete your application over the phone.  Please see the Contact Us tab at the top of the page for contact information.

To confirm your site booking please pay your site fee into our designated bank account via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), ensuring that you include at least your name in the transaction details:

Applications will be accepted on a strictly “first come, first served” basis.  If your application is unsuccessful your funds will, of course, be refunded in full.

Online Application Form Submission

This online form is split across four (4) steps and some fields are marked “(required)” – you cannot proceed to the next step if all required data has not been entered.   Please complete each page and press the “Next” button to proceed.  If there are any errors (e.g., missing required data) you will be alerted and asked to correct the error; otherwise, the form will move on to the next step.  You may go back to the previous page by pressing the “Previous” button and you may start over by pressing the “First” button at any time.

When you reach the final page please ensure that you

      • tick the “Terms and Conditions” box to indicate that you have read, understood and accepted our Terms and Conditions of booking
      • tick the “I’m not a robot” box and complete any steps it requests of you

You may then click on the “Send” button to submit your application.  If there are any problems with your form you will be notified immediately; please fix the problem as indicated and try again.  Otherwise, if there are no problems, your form will be submitted.

Please remember that your booking will not be confirmed until your site fee has been fully paid and funds received into our account.
