We’ll have some fabulous food stalls at the Karragarra Sea Market Festival. As well as the usual burgers, snags, coffee, tea and cold drinks you might expect, there’ll be a few specialty food stalls as well. Bring your curiosity and your appetite!

Tibetan Momo Cafe

Owned by husband and wife, Thinley and Doria, this stall will provide food similar to their colourful café perched on Boundary Street West End. The menu is traditional Tibetan cuisine from the owner’s nomadic homeland including delicious dumplings known as momos, handmade by Thinley while you wait.

These little morsels of goodness come steamed or fried and can be filled with chicken, beef or pork; while vegetarian momos are stuffed with tofu and vegetables, pumpkin and potato or mushroom.

Conscious Kitchen

At the Karragarra Sea Market Festival we will be offering spinach and feta quiches, carrot, zucchini and sweet potato quiches, GF vegan pumpkin soup, GF beef nachos, lamb wrap, haloumi wrap, tofu wrap, all of the wraps can be offered as a salad to make it GF. GF chocolate cake, GF vegan Sago, home made lemon mint lemonade, Parker organic juices, water and soft drinks.
All of the above mentioned food is hand made and free of nasties, and deep fried oils, however created and cooked with love.
Understanding the importance food plays in the overall well being for each individual, as we are more and more surrounded by processed food, Conscious Kitchen made a very conscious and deliberate decision to offer food that is not deep fried and is free of any nasties to enhance flavour, colour, texture shelf life and so forth.
Our food is healthy and freshly cooked. Having a background as a well-travelled qualified chef, we create your food from fresh ingredients, cooked the traditional way – being with a sharp knife and cooking pots or a baking tin, with the invisible but important healthy dosage of an infusion of love to everything created.
